The room was spacious and functional, with 4 single beds and complimentary coffee. the bathroom was clean. the hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food. the location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything and close to restaurants and bars.

The street the hotel is located at is noisy when windows are open, but when closed all is fine, for conditioning system works well.

Good location in a peaceful area, short walk to Palazzo Vecchio, all the important landmarks, and the major attractions of Florence. Good-sized units with fluffy towels, a huge shower in the bathroom, for instance.

Our room was spacious and practical, perfect for four people. We also enjoyed having a cozy triple bedroom and plush towels provided for us. ☕

This was a last minute booking and we needed 3 rooms. We were very happy with everything, particularly the location and you could walk to all of the major sights in Florence. It was also very quiet and in a very safe area. The front desk was particularly helpful and friendly.

The location was great and incredible, with easy access to a market and shops. the Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

Excellent location, very easy to find and quick access to train station. The city was extremely busy in September, but it was easy to reach less touristy areas of the city from Hotel Gioia as well as the main attractions E.G. 5 mins to Duomo and 10 mins walk to River Arno. It was very hot in Florence in mid-September (about 32 degrees c) but the air- conditioning worked very well and it was comfortable to sleep in the room. Room was also very quiet even though it was close to the reception area and also had an excellent, free Wi-Fi signal.

Choices at breakfast were limited.

Favorable location near a distinguished monument and central areas like the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella station. - Neat rooms with central heating, individual safe, and multi-channel TV. - Lovely beds and functional design. - Great food served at the hotel. - Amicable and gentle staff members.

we where in an excellant location a 10-15 minute walk from a distinguished monument. you could walk to a central market and shops.

A very friendly and helpful staff who recommended excellent neighborhood restaurants for dinners. Also, a perfect location, five minutes from the Academy in one direction, the Uffizi in the other.

The venue is placed in a very central position very close to the center. Plus, it's in Florence Historic Center district, not far from many wonderful bars and restaurants and the major sights and all the relevant landmarks of Florence in the nearby.
